CJC-1295 (without DAC) and Ipamorelin are among the most frequently paired compounds in GH-axis research because they act through complementary mechanisms. CJC-1295 is a modified GHRH(1-29) analogue — it stimulates the pituitary to release larger GH pulses by acting on GHRH receptors. Ipamorelin is a selective GHS-R1a agonist that promotes pulsatile GH release by mimicking ghrelin signalling. Together, the two compounds address both pulse amplitude (CJC-1295) and pulse frequency (Ipamorelin).

Use a reconstitution syringe to draw BAC water (bacteriostatic water, 0.9% benzyl alcohol).
Add slowly to the lyophilized vial.
Inject the water against the inside of the vial wall — do not shake.
Swirl until fully dissolved.
