CJC-1295 is a modified GHRH(1-29) analogue — it stimulates the pituitary to release larger GH pulses by acting on GHRH receptors. Ipamorelin is a selective GHS-R1a agonist that promotes pulsatile GH release by mimicking ghrelin signalling. Together, the two compounds address both pulse amplitude (CJC-1295) and pulse frequency (Ipamorelin).
