Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide and a highly selective agonist of the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHS-R1a, also known as the ghrelin receptor). It is one of the most selective compounds in its research class — designed to stimulate pulsatile growth hormone (GH) release without meaningful activity on ACTH, cortisol, prolactin, or aldosterone secretion.

Use a reconstitution syringe to draw BAC water (bacteriostatic water, 0.9% benzyl alcohol).
Add slowly to the lyophilized vial.
Inject the water against the inside of the vial wall — do not shake.
Swirl until fully dissolved.
