GHK-Cu
Copper peptide
50mg · Lyophilized
Copper-binding tripeptide. Researched for extracellular matrix remodelling, collagen synthesis, and tissue repair signalling.

About this compound
Mechanism and research context.
GHK-Cu (glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine, complexed with a copper ion) is a tripeptide naturally present in human plasma. Plasma concentrations decline meaningfully with age, which has driven research interest in its role in tissue maintenance and the regenerative response to injury.
Published research has examined GHK-Cu's effects on extracellular matrix biology in unusual depth for a small peptide. Documented activities in research models include upregulation of collagen and elastin synthesis, modulation of metalloproteinase and decorin expression, antioxidant signalling, and effects on dermal fibroblast proliferation. It has been investigated in studies of wound healing, hair follicle stimulation, and skin remodelling.
The compound is reconstituted as a 50mg vial — a working concentration consistent with the dosing structures most commonly cited in published in vitro and in vivo research.

How this batch was verified
Verified in Canada before listing.
Vetted manufacturing source.
Compounds sourced only from manufacturers who have been through extensive evaluation and vetting in our sourcing and procurement program.
Canadian lab verification — before shipping.
Every batch is independently tested at a Canadian laboratory before it lists. Verified in-country with full chain of custody — not sent overseas. The report we publish is from an independent Canadian lab, not the manufacturer or a third party lab outside of Canada.
Reconstitution guidance
Four steps. Standard across compounds.
Draw bacteriostatic water.
Use a reconstitution syringe to draw BAC water (bacteriostatic water, 0.9% benzyl alcohol).
Add slowly to the lyophilized vial.
Inject the water against the inside of the vial wall — do not shake.
Swirl until fully dissolved.
Gentle agitation only. The lyophilized cake should fully dissolve within a minute.
Refrigerate.
Reconstituted solution is typically stable for 28 days refrigerated.
